We add no additives or preservatives to our meals and all our product is cooked and produced without oils or butters. Our seasonings are low-sodium spice blends. Our produce is locally sourced and all our product is received and produced fresh weekly. Our focus is using proteins that are the leanest & highest quality  available to create a perfectly balanced, healthy and tasty meal.

Our philosophy is portion size, we introduce the perfect portion. All our meals elements are universally portioned making all our options interchangeable based on preference. Eat the foods you crave while still maintaining or working towards the physique you want. Every meals elements are hand weighed and come with the macronutrient information right on the label.

All orders are placed online  at our website getdeliciouslyfit.com Our weekly order deadline is Thursday at midnight. Friday’s & Saturdays we gather ingredients and prepare your meals fresh at our facility in East Rutherford New Jersey. We offer Sunday or Monday home delivery and Sunday pickup options at select locations.

Whichever ones you like! All our meals follow a universal macro formula, making each dish interchangeable based on preference. What’s important is that your meals contents were prepared as clean as possible and hand weighed to fit our balanced macro formulas. This allows you to choose the dishes you prefer, without much thought, guilt free.  Want to avoid dairy, gluten or meat? No worries, we’ve got you covered! When you enter our menu you can view these menus with a simple click of a button.

However many you want! You choose the amount of meals you need to supplement weekly. How to get started? Create your baseline! Guide: Women choose 2-3 meals daily + 1-2 protein shakes Men choose 3-4 meals daily + 1-2 protein shakes.

These meals are made fresh to order, but they are made without preservatives. We recommend meals are fridged as soon as possible after being received. Each meal will have a recommended eat by day posted on the label. If you intend to eat certain Meals on or after the listed  day we recommend placing them in the freezer upon receiving and thawed prior or defrosted in the microwave. Meals can last up to one month in the freezer.

Your meals come in Microwavable safe containers. Meals should be microwaved with the cap fully on, for 2-4 minutes based on heat and cook preference. All meals are precooked. Meals can be heated on stovetop or in the oven at 350-400 degrees for 10-15 minutes. 

Quesadillas:

Cap on 1-2 minute cook time 

Wraps:

Cap on 1 minute, flip wrap, 1 minute, as needed 

Rice Dishes:

Cap on 2-4 minutes 

Sweet Potato Dishes:

Cap on  2-4 minutes 

Steak Dishes:

Based on preference, preferred to cook steak separate on stovetop if possible, or heat the steak on the container cap separate from the contents for 45 seconds -1 minute and the remaining contents in the bottom portion for 2 minutes 

Fish Dishes: 

Cap on 2-3 minutes 

Shrimp Dishes:

Cap on 2-3 minutes 

Pancakes:

Cap on 30 seconds - 1 minute 

**Orders Must be Placed by Thursday at 11:59 PM to receive your order by that following Sunday or Monday. 

We need a minimum of 48 - 72 Hours advance notice to fulfill orders. Any Orders placed on Friday or Saturday are not guaranteed that week's delivery window and will be delivered the following week. Any orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled the following week.

Weekly you can place your order ahead of time, at any point from Friday up until Thursday!
Create an account to receive weekly email reminders & a text message reminder on Thursday hours ahead of the deadline.You have the options between Sunday or Monday Delivery or Sunday Pickup when checking out your Deliciously Fit Order. All orders must be submitted by Thursday at 11:59 PM online  to receive your order the following Sunday or Monday.

Note: If you place your order on Sunday and select Monday Delivery you will not receive your food the next day, but the following Monday. Any Orders placed after 11:59 PM on Thursday are NOT guaranteed to receive food during that week's prep dates.

WEEKLY PICKUP:

we offer pickup on Sunday mornings at select locations with select pickup widows. our available pickup locations are viewable under the cart summary at the first step of our checkout process.

They come in a cooler bag along with ice packs.

Once you place your order by Thursday for Sunday or Monday delivery or pickup, your information will be sent to your assigned delivery driver. They will confirm your order via text to the number on file on 2-3 days prior to your delivery.  This can be used as a customer service communication line leading up to your delivery. Prior to receiving this text, if you have any questions you can go to the contact us link under the support menu.

Our delivery window is approximately 1-10 PM on Mondays and 8 AM - 5 PM on Sundays. We specifically do not promise food will be there by a certain time because we process thousands of meals on delivery days.

Our drivers will confirm with you an estimated time of delivery the day of, if you have not been able to reach your driver please email service@getdeliciouslyfit.com and our dispatcher will reach out to them to get your ETA
