Q- I just ordered for my first time, when should I expect my food?

A- You will receive your food on the selected delivery day that you have chosen (Monday or Sunday) If you ordered before midnight 11:59 p.m. on Thursday you will receive your food that following Monday or Sunday delivery day. Q- I forget each week when to order is there a way I can be notified?
A- Yes! you can text DFIT to 555-888 to sign up for text message notifications each week when then deadline is coming to a close.

Q- Where's your pick up location?

- We are currently only an ecommerce business and do not have a local pick up location at this moment

Q- I need very specific diet needs, can you customize my order?A- Due to the large amount of meals we prepare, we cannot provide individual catered meals for each individual's dietary restrictions. Chances are, we have something that will suit you. Please consult your physician if you have medical or dietary restrictions.

Q- It's getting late where is my food?
A- Our delivery window is approximately 1 - 10 p.m. on Mondays and 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Sundays. We specifically do not promise food will be there by a certain time because we process thousands of meals on delivery days. Q- How do I track my delivery?
A- Our drivers will confirm with you an estimated time of delivery the day of, if you have not been able to reach your driver please email service@getdeliciouslyfit.com and our dispatcher will reach out to them to get your ETA

Q- How long do these meals stay fresh for? 
A- Meals all have an expiration date on them when delivered, but can last up to one month in the freezer.
